$109 without taxes
All guest room rates are subject to state and local taxes which is currently 15%.

Guest Room Reservation Policy
A credit card is required to hold each guest's reservation. If you are making a reservation for a block of rooms, you must provide a guest name for each room and a credit card. Your credit card will not be charged for the deposit at that time you make your reservation. However, should you not cancel your reservation in advance, one night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card.

Early Departure Fee
At the time that you check in to the hotel you will be asked to confirm your departure date. After you check in, should you check out in advance of this confirmed departure date, you will be charged a $50 fee.
